RIVERS AND POOLS
In Arnes and surroundings, we have rivers and pools where you can enjoy a bath in crystal clear waters. Don't miss the Toll Blau (els Estrets), Toll del Vidre, Toll de Valero, Molí de Cretes, les Olles (Horta de Sant Joan), La Pesquera (Beseit)..

MAS DE BUNYOL
A only 12 km from Arnes, in Valderrobles, at the Mas de Bunyol (vulture observatory) you can observe a magnificent live nature show . Every day, at the same time, hundreds of vultures come down to the "Mas", to eat. There he awaits them José Ramón Moragrega. Highly recommended. You have to make a reservation to go there.

THE TOWN, ARNES
Places of interest: Baroque church (17th century), Renaissance Arnes Town Hall (16th century), historic center with Renaissance stately homes, "Povet de la neu" (17th century), Honey Museum...
Arnes, town party: week of July 22
Honey Festival: Arnes is the town of the Honey. Hence its name: bee moths. Every year, in the month of May, the Honey Festival is celebrated there. The town is decorated, with different artisan stalls, as well as honey tastings and sales.

VIA VERDA
Family bike tour, with easy difficulty. The route is along the authorized and old railway, from the Arnes-Lledó station to Pinell del Brai, next to the Ebre river, all the way through the Fontcalda Sanctuary, where you can take a bath (summer and winter, since it consists of thermal waters at 38 degrees). They will pass through different illuminated tunnels, aqueducts, and old railway stations.
If you don't have bicycles (remember that Cal Premset has a parking lot for 5 bicycles), you can rent them in Arnes, at "Les Roques Natura" with a collection and return service in the same town.

TOURISM
Nearby villages:
Horta de Sant Joan with its Picasso Museum and Santa Barbara Convent.
Valderobles with a visit to its castle from where you can see much of the Matarranya region. Narrow streets and restored stone buildings offer a pleasant stroll through the town.
Cretas: with its beautiful historic center. If they like horses, "Hípica MB" will offer them equestrian tourism.
Beseit: they can go for a swim in "La Pesquera" and a nice excursion through "El Parrissal".
Calaceite: town with beautiful restored Renaissance houses. They can also visit an important archaeological site 1km from the town centre: the Iberian Village of Sant Antoni.

HIKING
If you love hiking, you're in luck! They will be able to enjoy nature in its splendor (vultures, Hispanic goats, ...).

WINE TOURISM
Land of good wine with DO Terra Alta. Would you like to visit wineries and different wine tastings?

CLIMBING
Climbers are in luck!! We have a lot of via ferratas to discover!! All of them, very close to Arnes (for example, "Els Estrets" of Arnes)

FUENTESPALA ZIP-LINE
Do you know that in the Matarranya region, in the town of Fuentespalda, and only 24 km from Arnes, there is the longest zip line in Europe? It consists of a route of 2 km in length and 200 m of elevation gain. Spectacular!

PARRISSAL
The Parrissal is a natural area located in Beceit, 17 km from Arnes. A nice excursion (easy level), with a length of 6 km (round trip) that will pass through the sustained footbridge, along the Matarranya river. Highly recommended.

OIL TOURISM
Terra Alta, in addition to being the land of good wines, is also the land of good oils. They can visit mills and taste oils, all over the region. (Ex. Identity in Horta de Sant Joan)
